I would love the world to be a better place, and I want to support your world to be a better place too. I have worked for a number of years with adolescents, which has given me a broad scope of knowledge including end of life support, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and abuse, as well as low mood and OCD.

My passion is to be a part of a persons journey where they bring about positive change and being connected to that person. 

I have been trained in integrative counselling style and have a broad understanding of these styles, I tend to use transactional analysis in my work this sounds complicated however this is a not so complicated approach that works well. I also integrate CBT and some other areas of therapy into my practise, my belief is you are the expert in you and to find a solution that works well for you. 

I have published prices to give a guide and understanding these of course are flexible I have some slots that i charge a lower amount for, these are for people at a disadvantage. I am also currently offering discounted rates for students. Typical prices range from £30 for students to around £40.

Counselling is a unique process and no counsellor and no client are the same, new relationships can be scary and its ok to feel this way let me know before hand in conversation via email what app and phone how to make this process easier for you.

I am qualified to undertake the work i complete and I am always training to expand my understanding.
