Counselling session

Do you need extra support? If you need a space to verbalise your concerns and work through them, from anxiety or want to work through some personal development, this may be the space for you.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm offering a free introductory session with absolutely no obligation to continue with me; I may be able to recommend a therapist if I am not the right fit for you as well.

Reflective Practise

Group reflective practise sessions ideal for education settings as well as children homes and health services where vicarious trauma is a risk.

Finance is a vast stress; at the moment, I offer some blue light discounts, and for students. Please drop me an email to see my availability. I also offer payment options for all. Sessions can be paid for in advance, on a monthly or quarterly basis; if you are a job seeker, I am happy to support you in payment for this session at a later date.
